Which pairs can be swapped?
All major pairs: BTC/USDT, ETH/USDT, BTC/ETH, SOL/USDT, BNB/USDT, USDC/USDT. In principle we can swap between any two cryptocurrencies on our list (see the homepage for the 15 most popular). For rarer coins, message us in advance so we can check liquidity.
How is the swap rate determined?
We pull market rates for both coins from CoinGecko at the moment of exchange, calculate the direct swap and add our commission. Example: if you swap 1 BTC to USDT, we compute (BTC/EUR rate × quantity × 0.97) and you receive that figure in USDT (approximating 1 USDT ≈ 1 EUR or using the USDT/EUR rate from CoinGecko).
Frequently asked questions
Can I swap a fraction of a coin?
Yes. You can swap any amount — 0.05 BTC, 0.3 ETH, whatever — as long as the value is at least 200 EUR.
Can I swap a coin directly into a stablecoin (BTC to USDC)?
Yes. This is especially useful for locking in value when you expect BTC to drop — no need to sell to cash and then buy USDC, we do it directly.
What about network fees?
The client pays the network fee for sending their coin, we pay for sending ours. That way each side covers its share of the blockchain cost.
