How is the sell price determined?

The reference BTC/EUR rate is pulled live from CoinGecko at the moment of exchange. From that price we subtract our commission: 5% for amounts up to 499 EUR, 3% for 500–1999 EUR, 2% for 2000+ EUR. The exact amount you will receive is shown in the calculator on the homepage — choose Sell, enter BTC quantity, get the figure in EUR or dinars.

How does the exchange itself work?

We agree on a location and time. We arrive, show you our Bitcoin address and the expected amount in EUR. You send BTC from your wallet. We wait for the first blockchain confirmation (10–60 minutes depending on network) — alternatively, for amounts up to 5000 EUR we can accept a 0-conf transaction if we see the TX is valid in mempool. After confirmation, we hand over cash.

Can I sell BTC without a wallet?

No. To sell Bitcoin, you must have BTC in your wallet (Trust Wallet, MetaMask, Ledger, Trezor, Binance, any). Without a wallet there is nothing to send. If you have BTC on Binance or another exchange, it may be faster to withdraw to your wallet first — alternatively we can help you organize that.

Are there limits on the amount we can sell?

Minimum is 200 EUR. Maximum is not fixed — we handle amounts above 50,000 EUR too, but for such large exchanges we recommend calling one day in advance so we can prepare cash at the location. Larger amounts also get lower commission (2%).

Frequently asked questions

Is selling BTC taxable in Serbia?

Yes, capital gains from selling BTC are taxed at 15% for individuals, but exemptions exist (e.g., holding period over 24 months). Details in our article **Crypto Tax in Serbia 2026**.

How long does BTC take to arrive at your address?

After sending from your wallet, the first blockchain confirmation usually takes 10 to 60 minutes, depending on current Bitcoin network load. With higher network fee, confirmation comes faster.

Can I sell a fraction of BTC (less than 1)?

Of course. You can sell any amount — 0.01 BTC, 0.5 BTC, whatever — as long as the value is at least 200 EUR.

What if the BTC network is congested?

We wait for the first confirmation before paying out. If the network is overloaded and the transaction is taking long, we can postpone payout or continue the exchange later the same day. Communication is transparent.
